This front yard had some very ugly wintergreen turf and was barely alive. We brought in the bobcat and cleared away the old grass, before spreading quality lawn mix as prep for the new turf.
We installed new reticulation in some very hard rocky ground and then laid the turf and the finish was outstanding.
